Twelve years and many, many continuing education and certification classes later, I am still as passionate about my work as when I first started the journey. 

 

I find myself being invested in my clients' wellness journey, sometimes more than the clients themselves. It could be overwhelming, daunting, disappointing, disheartening and heartwarming all at the same time.

 

But it also means that I have not been desensitized. I still care as much.

It still shows my entry to this field is to help people. The business side, which I'm not very good at, is just a necessary side-effect.
