Founded in 2013, the clinic is established in the premise that I could help clients more efficiently by allotting more time with you before, during and after each session. It also allows me the freedom to use an array of techniques not typically offered in typical, member-based facilities. This results in a more specialized AND personalized treatment for each individual according to their specific need per visit.

My journey to becoming a therapist was long, but my passion for the work had always been there since before the profession itself became popular and gained wide acceptance. After many years of finding the right path to lead me here, I am excited that I'm finally able to do what I love. Bodywork/massage is not only work, it is my passion and I share this passion with my clients, focusing on helping them achieve the well-being they are seeking.... whether it be relaxation, pain relief, stress management, injury prevention/recovery.

Creating a space for wellness has given me a sense of purpose and direction. The evolution of the focus and the work came naturally. The intent remains the same; to provide a space where I can continue to support the health and well-being of my clients.
